- •We are seeking an HR Business Partner to help scale our team, which is growing at a minimum of x3 per year.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with managers across all levels to drive people decisions aligned with business goals.
- •Drive the full Performance & Talent Review cycle based on 12 Boxes.
- •Integrate Performance Review results into promotion, compensation, IDP, and PIP decisions.
- •Conduct calibration sessions and ensure consistency in performance evaluations.
- •Formulate the Talent Map, identify Hi-Pos, flight risks, succession gaps, and development needs.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist in a product or tech company.
- •Proven experience partnering with managers at all levels.
- •Experience conducting full Performance Review cycles.
- •Experience working with Performance-Potential matrices (e.g., 9-box or 12-box).
- •Experience with headcount planning, HR budgeting, and making decisions considering business metrics.
