About the role
TL;DR
Lead a multi-disciplinary team on high-tech product development projects.
- •As a Chef de Projet, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team of 3 to 10 kickers on various projects.
- •Key Responsibilities Participate in pre-sales phases with commercial, program managers, and domain experts.
- •Estimate project costs, quality, and timelines.
- •Manage the delivery of engineering phases from prototyping to production.
- •Ensure product quality, compliance with HSE standards, and eco-design approaches.
- •Analyze product lifecycle to improve RSE impacts and implement eco-design guidelines.
- •Requirements Engineering degree or equivalent with a specialization in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics, Software, or Robotics.
- •Significant experience in project management and product industrialization.
- •Multi-disciplinary knowledge in Mechanical, Electronics, and Software constraints.
- •Strong interpersonal skills for client relations, project management, and supplier management.
- •Leadership skills with a natural ability to address challenges.
- •Fluent English required.
