- •K Health is seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist (LPN) to support virtual clinics and provide a best-in-class patient experience.
- •This role partners with Medical Operations teams to manage day-to-day operations across multiple clinics.
- •Key Responsibilities Optimize and develop clinical workflows for clinician and patient experience.
- •Monitor and analyze incoming lab results, following escalation procedures.
- •Collaborate with external vendors for lab and imaging services.
- •Prepare prior authorizations requests and process EMR requests.
- •Handle patient, clinician, lab, and pharmacy calls.
- •Requirements Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with an active FL license and compact license.
- •At least 5 years of experience in healthcare operations.
- •Experience in telemedicine.
- •Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
- •Comfortable working independently and in a team environment.
