- •Anduril Industries is seeking an Associate Facilities Manager to support the operational success of its facilities in Southern California.
- •This role involves driving the planning, coordination, and execution of key facilities initiatives across industrial spaces, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate and execute facilities operations across multiple office, production, manufacturing, and testing environments.
- •Oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects from scope to completion.
- •Manage facilities service requests, prioritizing workstreams and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors.
- •Coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance programs with internal engineers and external service providers.
- •Vendor management for maintenance, including SOW development and work oversight.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience in facilities operations in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- •Technical training or hands-on experience in plant engineering or facilities maintenance.
- •Experience with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and preventative maintenance programs.
- •Familiarity with CMMS platforms and ERP systems.
- •Understanding of OSHA, environmental regulations, building codes, NFPA, and NEC.
