- •Keyloop is seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to bridge the gap between dealers, manufacturers, technology suppliers, and car buyers by empowering them to embrace digital transformation through innovative AI technology.
- •This role focuses on enabling teams to leverage AI capabilities effectively.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide hands-on technical support, training, and mentoring on AI capabilities.
- •Build the technical capability of AI Champions to scale enablement within their teams.
- •Take ownership of internal systems as test grounds for new AI solutions.
- •Surface feedback on AI solutions and spread effective practices across teams.
- •Track developments in AI tooling and practices, translating insights into actionable enablement opportunities.
- •Requirements Fluency in AI-assisted and agentic software development.
- •Strong, hands-on engineering background with credibility in pairing and mentoring.
- •Comfort mastering new, evolving AI capabilities early.
- •Genuine interest in and ability to positively impact the growth of others through pairing, mentoring, or advocacy.
- •Ability to read a team's context and choose the right mode of engagement.
