- •Kepler Communications is seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead its IT Operations team, responsible for the reliable, secure, and scalable operation of the technology environment that Kepler's engineers, operators, and mission systems depend on.
- •This is a player-coach role, balancing team leadership with hands-on technical work.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a cross-functional IT team.
- •Provide coaching, technical guidance, and career development.
- •Serve as senior technical escalation point for complex incidents.
- •Own IT operations end to end, including service delivery and incident response.
- •Drive DevOps practices and automation, including CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of progressive IT experience, with 3+ years managing technical teams.
- •Demonstrated success in a player-coach role.
- •Strong practical experience with network administration, Linux/Windows systems, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- •Working knowledge of modern DevOps practices.
