- •Juniper Square is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Real Assets to own messaging, positioning, and enablement for their growing real assets segment.
- •This role is crucial for driving deal progression and requires deep understanding of the commercial real estate market.
- •Key Responsibilities Develop and own strategy, positioning, and messaging for the real assets segment.
- •Create buyer and industry playbooks for the real assets persona.
- •Co-create collateral and provide deal support to win real assets deals.
- •Conduct voice-of-customer research and own competitive intelligence for the segment.
- •Utilize AI agents and tooling to accelerate work and synthesize inputs.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in the commercial real estate or real assets ecosystem.
- •Experience in B2B product marketing or GTM strategy roles is advantageous.
- •AI Fluency: experience using LLMs, agents, and AI automation tools.
- •Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
