- •Jam City is seeking a Total Rewards Generalist to support the administration and execution of global compensation and benefits programs.
- •This role is key in ensuring competitive, compliant, and well-communicated programs.
- •Key Responsibilities Administer benefits and leave programs, including open enrollment and employee inquiries.
- •Support compensation processes, including job architecture, salary structures, and annual reviews.
- •Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and execute required regulatory filings.
- •Conduct benchmarking and audits of benefits programs.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration and compensation support.
- •Knowledge of compensation principles, leave administration, and employee benefits laws.
- •Proficiency in HR systems (preferably Workday) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- •Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- •Ability to maintain confidentiality.
