Senior People Partner to advise stakeholders and drive HR initiatives.
- •As a Senior People Partner at Jam City, you will be a trusted advisor to stakeholder groups, driving business needs and organizational culture through human-centered, data-driven approaches.
- •You will own key HR processes and partner with the People team to enhance talent management and employee relations.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for stakeholder groups.
- •Apply human-centered, data-driven approaches to solve business challenges and drive enhancements in organizational culture.
- •Own day-to-day employee relations work, including objective investigations and resolution of escalations.
- •Drive talent management strategy, including succession planning and career development pathing.
- •Requirements 5+ years of people business partner experience.
- •Proven ability to position yourself as a credible, proactive, and trusted thought partner.
- •Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage workforce analytics.
- •In-depth knowledge of U.S. employment and labor laws.
- •Must be local to the greater Los Angeles area and able to work from the office 5 days a week.
