- •Ivalua is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant with 3-5 years of experience in T&E processing, AP invoice management, payroll accounting, and day-to-day accounting operations.
- •The role requires strong data analysis skills and advanced Excel proficiency, including macro development.
- •Key Responsibilities Process employee T&E expense claims and manage the end-to-end AP lifecycle.
- •Perform bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and support month-end close processes.
- •Assist in payroll processing and accounting journal entries.
- •Analyze financial data and develop automated reports and financial models using Excel Macros (VBA).
- •Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance operations.
- •Hands-on experience in T&E, AP, payroll processing, and general accounting.
- •Demonstrated experience with Excel Macros/VBA automation.
- •Prior exposure to ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, or Microsoft Dynamics is preferred.
- •Com or a closely related field.
