- •This role requires a strong understanding of accounts payable processes and attention to detail.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire payment cycle for vendors and creators.
- •Process and approve employee expense claims, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- •Maintain accurate records of all payments, invoices, and transactions.
- •Support month-end close activities and assist in audit processes.
- •Identify areas for improvement in payment processes and implement best practices.
- •Requirements 2-3 years of experience in general accounting, with a strong focus on Accounts Payable.
- •Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Xero) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- •Strong understanding of accounting principles, payment procedures, and financial regulations.
- •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- •Ability to work independently in a remote environment (APAC timezone).
