- •Interplay is seeking a Cofounder & CEO to lead the launch and growth of a new venture focused on Digital / Vertical Operating Twins for Critical Infrastructure.
- •You will be responsible for taking the concept from a validated idea to a scaled production powerhouse.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the development of a new company.
- •Define company strategy & vision.
- •Develop the go-to-market strategy and operational model.
- •Recruit the team.
- •Requirements Have built a company before.
- •Have relevant industry experience.
- •Have direct experience building, selling, or operating software, data, analytics, digital twin, asset-management, or industrial technology platforms for utilities, infrastructure, energy, industrial, or other asset-heavy markets.
- •Understand infrastructure workflows and technologies such as asset-performance management, predictive analytics, GIS, SCADA, CMMS/EAM, ERP integrations, IoT, or simulation.
- •Have demonstrated experience raising institutional or venture capital.
