- •Instabase is seeking an elite, hands-on Technical Lead Manager (TLM) to lead the engineering team building SuperApp, a natively multimodal, stateful AI assistant and autonomous agent platform.
- •This role involves a player-coach approach, splitting time between hands-on engineering and leadership.
- •Key Responsibilities Architect stateful agent loops and build secure execution sandboxes.
- •Pioneer tool orchestration and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
- •Build evaluation and trajectory testing harnesses for agentic systems.
- •Scale high-performance systems and the engineering team.
- •Mentor engineers, drive technical design reviews, and align roadmaps.
- •Requirements 8+ years of professional engineering experience, with a strong background in backend systems or infrastructure.
- •Active LLM & Agentic Engineering experience building production-grade LLM applications or multi-agent workflows.
- •Deep familiarity with building secure sandboxed runtimes, container isolation, or API platforms.
- •Proven track record of mentoring senior engineers and leading high-velocity squads.
- •A passion for writing code and staying hands-on.
