- •Instabase is seeking a visionary Staff Software Engineer to join their Product Engineering team.
- •This high-leverage role will define, architect, and evolve core systems and platforms, tackling complex technical challenges.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, distributed systems and infrastructure.
- •Define and drive technical strategy for internal platforms to maximize engineering velocity and reliability.
- •Act as a technical leader, mentoring senior engineers and establishing best practices.
- •Requirements 8+ years of professional software development experience.
- •Expert proficiency in Go and Python, with deep understanding of distributed systems.
- •Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks like React and TypeScript.
- •Expert-level knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- •Aptitude for defining product requirements and user experience, and writing high-level design documents.
