- •Insomnia Cookies is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee bakery-level accounting across multiple locations, focusing on P&L responsibility for each bakery.
- •This role will manage key expense areas like cost of goods sold, labor, and utilities.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive process, systems, and scalability improvements for company growth.
- •Own bakery/4-wall accounting, ensuring accurate and timely results with clear variance explanations.
- •Manage inventory and cost of goods sold, including valuation, shrink tracking, and margin analysis.
- •Oversee bakery labor accounting in partnership with Payroll and Operations.
- •Lead month-end close for the bakery portfolio, standardizing processes and timelines.
- •Requirements Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- •CPA strongly preferred. 6+ years of accounting leadership experience, ideally with public accounting and consumer products sector experience.

- •Experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
