- •Influ2 is seeking a Talent Partner to join their People Team.
- •You will report to the HR Director and collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, develop outreach strategies, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the full hiring process from outreach to offer closing.
- •Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and build sourcing strategies.
- •Draft job descriptions and offer packages.
- •Execute proactive outbound hiring using various resources.
- •Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.
- •Requirements Over 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a startup or scale-up.
- •Track record of hiring talent in Ukraine and internationally.
- •Advanced English skills (written and verbal).
- •Proven ability to build effective sourcing strategies.
- •Familiarity with ATS tools (ideally Lever) and modern sourcing platforms.
