About the role
TL;DR
Manage lab operations, ensure safety, and coordinate equipment maintenance.
- •Oversee lab operations, coordinate equipment maintenance, and ensure safety compliance.
- •Key Responsibilities Oversee lab operations on a day-to-day basis.
- •Coordinate the installation, maintenance, calibration and storage of specialist equipment.
- •Develop and deploy work planning and control systems.
- •Ensure scientific consumables, chemical inventories, and spare parts are available.
- •Responsible Safety Officer for all the labs’ safety systems.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a scientific/engineering/technical discipline. 5+ years of experience in advanced manufacturing, national lab, or similar technical environment.
- •EHS Compliance: Proficiency in writing SOPs for hazardous equipment and hazardous waste management.
- •Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate work across multiple stakeholders.
- •Strong organizational and communication skills.
