- •Impossible Cloud is seeking an In-House Legal Counsel to advise on all legal matters for their fast-growing B2B cloud company.
- •This broad role covers M&A, venture capital, commercial law, employment law, and general contract law.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts with enterprise customers, resellers, and technology partners.
- •Advise on venture capital transactions, including term sheets and financing round documentation.
- •Own employment law matters across the full lifecycle under German law.
- •Build and maintain scalable contract templates and internal legal processes.
- •Advise founders and department leads on legal risk in day-to-day commercial decisions.
- •Requirements Professional experience in commercial and corporate law, with exposure to contract negotiation, venture capital, or M&A.
- •Track record of handling German employment law matters independently.
- •Successfully completed First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) or equivalent qualification to practice law in Germany.
- •Comfort operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment.
- •Proficiency in German and English.
