Senior Full-stack Engineer to build and improve a new product focused on human risk management.
- •This is a key role in building Hoxhunt's new product, helping organizations to see, understand, and act on human risks.
- •Your mission is to make risk insights clear and actionable by shipping new features and improving critical parts of the system.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and development of systems, including APIs, event processing, data visualization, and automation builders.
- •Ship new features end-to-end, from defining scope and architecture to ensuring production stability.
- •Raise the bar through code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
- •Decide what to build by understanding user problems and business impact, using data to iterate.
- •Requirements Full-stack engineer with experience shipping scalable products end-to-end.
- •Fluent in TypeScript, Node.js, and SQL databases.
- •Genuinely care about the product and its users, collaborating effectively under ambiguity.
- •Experience with AI coding tools or interest in building setups that make them effective.
