Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for a fast-growing cybersecurity company.
- •Horizon3.ai is seeking a Commercial Counsel based in Amsterdam to support a high volume of commercial transactions across Sales, Channel/Alliances, and Customer Success teams.
- •This role is ideal for someone with a few years of experience in SaaS or technology contracting looking to deepen their in-house experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate a high volume of commercial agreements, including NDAs, SaaS subscription agreements, order forms, and DPAs.
- •Support Sales and Customer Success teams in closing deals efficiently while aligning with company risk guidelines.
- •Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to keep deals moving and unblock contract-related issues.
- •Contribute to improving contract workflows and processes to support a high-volume sales environment.
- •Requirements Law degree from an accredited law school. 3-5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm and/or in-house, with a strong focus on commercial technology transactions preferred.
- •Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
- •Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- •Comfort leveraging AI and legal tech tools to streamline drafting, review, and knowledge management.
