- •Lovable is seeking a Product Counsel to support its fast-paced product development.
- •This role involves clearing features before launch, ensuring product privacy, and building AI tools to scale legal operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Review and approve product features before launch, assessing actual risk.
- •Manage privacy and AI legal issues within the product, from design to implementation.
- •Own and draft product-facing terms and user communications.
- •Oversee AI compliance mechanics, including transparency and model provider negotiations.
- •Address consumer and platform legal questions at scale.
- •Requirements Law degree and qualification in a major jurisdiction (EU, UK, or US). 3-6 years of legal practice, with experience in product/tech counseling for consumer-facing tech/SaaS.
- •Proven judgment in clearing products under deadlines, with examples of risk calls.
- •Fluency in AI and privacy law, including GDPR application in live products and AI legal questions.
- •Experience with consumer-scale terms and consumer protection laws.
