About the role
TL;DR
Lead data architecture and AI tool implementation for a healthcare longevity clinic.
- •Hone is an online medical clinic transforming healthcare and enhancing longevity through cutting-edge scientific advancements.
- •We are seeking a mission-driven Data Architect to lead the architecture and implementation of our data lakehouse and AI-powered data tools.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the architecture and implementation of a medallion lakehouse in Microsoft Fabric.
- •Design and build Claude projects and skills for self-serve data querying.
- •Partner with leaders to define and maintain a canonical business lexicon and data context.
- •Create and maintain robust data ingestion pipelines.
- •Establish and enforce data governance protocols.
- •Requirements 10+ years of experience in a highly technical data role.
- •Hands-on expertise with PySpark, Python, SQL, dbt, and Microsoft Fabric.
- •Experience building medallion architectures and production-grade data pipelines.
- •Experience creating or deploying AI-powered tools (Claude or similar LLM platforms a plus).
- •Deep understanding of marketing, product, and financial analytics for a DTC subscription business.
