TL;DR
Administer and optimize the Docebo LMS, focusing on configuration, automation, and integrations.
- •Hims & Hers is seeking a technically skilled and detail-oriented LMS Administrator to join our Learning & Development team.
- •This role serves as the technical expert for our Docebo Learning Management System, overseeing system configuration, course and learning plan administration, automation, systems integrations, data integrity, and platform governance.
- •Key Responsibilities Administer, configure, and optimize the Docebo Learning Management System.
- •Design, build, and maintain automated workflows within and outside the LMS.
- •Develop and support integrations using the Docebo API and other enterprise systems.
- •Build custom scripts, reporting solutions, and technical processes to extend LMS functionality.
- •Troubleshoot complex LMS issues related to enrollments, automations, integrations, notifications, and reporting.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience administering an enterprise Learning Management System.
- •Advanced experience administering Docebo or a comparable enterprise LMS.
- •Experience working with APIs and developing custom automations/scripts (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- •Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.
- •Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
