- •Highbeam is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead critical partner programs.
- •You will manage timelines, dependencies, and delivery across banking partners, payment vendors, and compliance workstreams, ensuring faster and more predictable program execution.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive execution across partners like Unit, bank partners, and card/payment vendors.
- •Own critical path for partner and compliance work, including SOC2, BSA/AML, and PCI.
- •Translate between compliance, product, engineering, and external partners.
- •Establish scalable processes for operating in regulated systems and lead incident response.
- •Ensure partner requirements are clearly defined, tracked, and delivered, holding vendors accountable.
- •Requirements 5-8 years of TPM or technical program leadership experience, ideally in fintech or regulated industries.
- •Track record managing partner integrations with banks, card networks, or payment vendors.
- •Deep familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, BSA/AML, PCI) and their mapping to engineering work.
- •Strong systems thinking and ability to unblock engineering from external dependencies.
- •Experience leading incident response in money movement systems and skilled at holding vendors accountable.
