- •Hello Patient is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee complex customer deployments, acting as a liaison between customers, product management, engineering, and account management.
- •This role involves managing project timelines, communication, risk, and cross-functional execution to ensure successful customer launches and scaling.
- •Key Responsibilities Coordinate complex customer deployments from kickoff through launch and expansion.
- •Build and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, and risk tracking.
- •Drive project cadence through regular updates and status reporting.
- •Partner with AI Agent Product Managers, Engineering, and other internal teams to coordinate delivery.
- •Serve as a trusted partner to customer stakeholders, leading deployment meetings and managing expectations.
- •Requirements 4+ years of experience in technical project management, solutions delivery, or enterprise implementations.
- •Experience managing complex B2B SaaS deployments with multiple technical stakeholders.
- •Strong project management skills, including timeline, risk, and cross-functional team coordination.
- •Excellent communication skills with experience partnering directly with customers and executives.
- •Technical understanding of APIs, webhooks, integrations, and software systems.
