- •Heidi is seeking a Technical Program Manager to own the regulatory and security roadmap for their AI healthcare products.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring the safety, security, and compliance of Heidi's products in clinical environments across global markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Drive the pursuit of certifications and regulatory clearances, balancing commercial needs, risk, and engineering costs.
- •Translate regulatory requirements (FDA, TGA, MHRA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304, SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) into product specifications.
- •Lead the security architecture, including data handling, access controls, and penetration testing.
- •Build scalable compliance infrastructure to support product growth.
- •Requirements 4+ years in product, regulatory, or technical roles with a focus on shipped and cleared products.
- •Real fluency with medical device regulation (FDA SaMD, TGA, MHRA, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62304).
- •Experience building scalable compliance programs and durable security architecture.
- •Diagnostic security fluency to triage customer security questionnaires.
- •Fluency with core LLM concepts and their regulatory implications.
