- •Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of high-value motor claims (above £250,000).
- •Investigate liability, indemnity, and coverage, setting claim strategies.
- •Reserve accurately for complex injuries and future losses.
- •Identify and action recovery opportunities.
- •Collaborate with solicitors, reinsurers, and internal teams.
- •Requirements Strong experience managing high-value or catastrophic motor bodily injury claims with authority of at least £250,000.
- •Deep knowledge of liability, indemnity, causation, reserving, future losses, Ogden discount rate, and complex medical issues.
- •Experience handling litigated claims and applying relevant procedures (CPR, PPOS, MIB).
