- •Learn about the ACA enrollment process to help insurance agents navigate our platform.
- •Help agents troubleshoot the platform and answer questions about applications and referrals.
- •Follow support protocols while providing thoughtful service.
- •Support with other related tasks as needed.
- •Requirements Residency in Florida, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.
- •Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
- •Previous customer service experience. 3+ years of combined education, work, or volunteer experience.
- •Strong collaboration and multitasking abilities.
