- •Own customer relationships post-go-live, diagnosing and resolving issues related to data, product, or metric interpretation.
- •Translate customer needs and onsite observations into actionable product feature requests for the engineering team.
- •Develop internal tools for issue diagnosis, performance evaluation, and alert building.
- •Build enablement materials like course content and training curricula for customer teams.
- •Requirements 2-5 years of experience.
- •Ability to learn quickly and adapt to different stakeholders.
- •Strong communication and teaching skills, comfortable presenting to groups.
- •Comfortable working with data and diagnosing issues.
- •People-oriented with the ability to lead technical discussions.
- •Proficient in using AI tools daily.
- •Willingness to travel for customer onsite visits.
