- •Oversee Halter's quality management system across the supply chain, ensuring it scales with business growth.
- •Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for significant quality escapes, ensuring systemic issues are fixed.
- •Requirements Significant experience leading quality functions in hardware or electronics manufacturing, spanning supplier and manufacturing quality.
- •Proven ability to build and develop high-performing quality teams.
- •Deep understanding of quality management systems, audit methodologies, and part approval processes.
- •Technically hands-on with a data-driven approach to driving systemic improvement.
- •Strong cross-functional leadership and clear communication skills.
