TL;DR
The Business Resilience Associate will manage supplier relationships and ensure business resilience.
- •The Business Resilience Associate will own our supplier management framework, lead scenario testing, and help stand up our first-line controls assurance programme.
- •Key Responsibilities Own our supplier management framework, deepening supply chain mapping, monitoring supplier performance, and strengthening our resilience by understanding our most critical third-party relationships Supplier failure scenario tests, designing, coordinating and helping to run exercises across the business that allow us to answer the question "how resilient are we?" Supporting development of our first-line controls assurance programme (line 1.5), helping to build the infrastructure that keeps our risk and control environment robust Requirements Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in risk management or business continuity planning is a plus
