- •Gridware is seeking a Senior Director of Full Stack Product to lead product operations and steer the full-stack product direction.
- •This role involves partnering with cross-functional leaders to deliver high-value, industry-changing outcomes for utility customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a high-performing full-stack product team.
- •Champion deep customer understanding and ensure their problems are reflected in product prioritization and shipping.
- •Drive prioritization discipline by establishing frameworks for evaluating customer impact, technical feasibility, and strategic fit.
- •Set the bar for product operations and ensure product-led thinking permeates the organization.
- •Support go-to-market efforts and integrate new product initiatives from R&D into durable products.
- •Requirements 10 years in PM roles, with at least 5 years of organizational/team leadership experience.
- •Platform-level and/or full-stack product launch experience in environments where software and hardware development are tightly coupled.
- •Customer fluency in complex operational domains, ideally supporting utilities or industrial operations.
- •Structured prioritization and trade-off facilitation skills, with the ability to manage a multi-year product arc and quarterly roadmap.
- •Demonstrated operational rigor and an evidence-based approach to process and program management.
