- •AllSpice is seeking a VP of Product to own the company's product strategy, roadmap, customer insights, and product team.
- •This role is critical in defining a new category for hardware engineering workflows and driving product decisions that steer the business.
- •Key Responsibilities Translate company goals into clear product priorities and build a balanced roadmap.
- •Lead rigorous customer discovery practices and synthesize insights into product decisions.
- •Strengthen the product operating system for planning, prioritization, and measurement.
- •Manage, mentor, and grow the product team, fostering a customer-obsessed culture.
- •Partner with leadership to set company direction and ensure product strategy aligns with business goals.
- •Requirements 8+ years of product management experience, including product leadership in B2B software/hardware.
- •Experience building products for complex technical engineering workflows (hardware development, ECAD, PLM, etc.).
- •Demonstrated ability to own product strategy and roadmap for complex technical products.
- •Strong customer discovery skills with highly technical users and enterprise buyers.
- •Excellent prioritization judgment and experience building product operating systems.
