- •GovWell is seeking a Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead campaigns and channels that convert marketing efforts into pipeline.
- •This role will own how the company reaches target buyers across various channels, including paid search, paid social, direct mail, email, and retargeting.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the demand generation calendar and orchestrate integrated campaigns across paid search, paid social, direct mail, email, and retargeting.
- •Manage channel performance and economics, tracking conversion, cost per lead, cost per opportunity, and ROI.
- •Execute direct mail and email campaigns and manage performance marketing partners across Google, LinkedIn, and retargeting.
- •Optimize landing pages, forms, and copy through continuous testing in partnership with content and creative teams.
- •Own lifecycle, nurture, and lead generation email strategy, including segmentation, messaging, automation, and lead handoff to Sales.
- •Requirements 1-3+ years in demand generation, growth marketing, performance marketing, or a related role, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- •Revenue-minded and analytical, focused on generating qualified pipeline and improving channel economics.
- •Hands-on operator who can move between campaign strategy and execution.
- •Experienced with paid acquisition, email and marketing automation, CRM workflows, landing pages, and A/B testing.
- •Highly organized and systems-oriented, able to orchestrate multiple channels and partners.
