- •USPack is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee transportation services for assigned customers, ensuring efficient delivery operations through the management of independent contractors.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate transportation services for assigned customers.
- •Identify and satisfy customer needs by contracting and utilizing Independent Contractors.
- •Review operational performance metrics and resolve service issues.
- •Manage Independent Contractor relationships, including onboarding, route planning, and performance monitoring.
- •Monitor gross margin by account to ensure it exceeds budgeted targets.
- •Requirements Experience with utilizing Independent Contractors, logistics/courier route management, and customer service.
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for driver and customer interactions.
- •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage competing demands.
- •Proficiency in basic MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- •Must maintain a valid driver’s license and clean, functional vehicle.
