- •Curai Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Operations to oversee the real-time execution of their 24x7x365 virtual primary care clinic.
- •This role is crucial for ensuring efficient clinic operations, managing care teams, and driving patient throughput.
- •Key Responsibilities Supervise, coach, and develop the non-clinician care team.
- •Own clinician scheduling and coverage planning for a 24x7x365 operation.
- •Manage real-time patient queue flow and throughput to meet service level agreements.
- •Champion the integration of AI tools into operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
- •Develop and report on key performance indicators for clinic operations.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations. 3+ years of people leadership experience supervising non-clinician staff.
- •Demonstrated experience in clinician scheduling/coverage and/or real-time queue management.
- •Comfort and enthusiasm working in AI-forward workflows.
- •Experience working in a 24x7x365 care delivery operation and a fully remote environment.
