Advise APAC customers on technical and business challenges to implement solutions.
- •We are looking for a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our dynamic sales team.
- •In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to our APAC customers, guiding clients through technical and business challenges to implement cutting-edge solutions.
- •Key Responsibilities Showcase our solutions through tailored demos and presentations that align with client needs.
- •Configure and optimize workflows within our platform to demonstrate real-world use cases.
- •Assist customers with API integrations, Webhooks, and basic Python scripting to enhance automation.
- •Execute proof-of-concept initiatives to validate our platform’s fit for enterprise clients.
- •Requirements 2+ years of experience in sales engineering, pre-sales consulting, or a related technical sales role in a SaaS or tech environment.
- •Experience working with APIs and Webhooks.
- •Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C-Level executives.
- •Deep understanding of helpdesk/ticketing systems and customer support processes.
