- •Key Responsibilities Lead technical discovery, build bespoke architectures, and deliver product demonstrations and Proof of Concepts.
- •Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, maintaining deep relationships with stakeholders.
- •Own the long-term technical relationship, ensuring alignment between customer business goals and product roadmap.
- •Carry a variable quota, ensuring deep platform adoption, retaining revenue, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- •Leverage AI agents and internal platforms to automate routine tasks, freeing up time for strategic customer advisory.
- •Requirements Experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Customer Engineering, Sales Engineering).
- •Broad technical expertise in web security, networking, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise architecture.
- •Proven track record in a quota-carrying or revenue-aligned environment.
- •Exceptional presentation and stakeholder management skills.
