- •This role focuses on building AI solutions to enhance customer and advisor experiences within their internal AI platform, ORA.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end design, build, rollout, and feedback loop for AI solutions.
- •Develop AI-driven features such as pre-call briefs, in-call guidance, post-call grading, and transcription-driven follow-ups.
- •Collaborate with Quality Analysts to evaluate and improve AI workflows.
- •Drive innovation in AI solution design for customer success initiatives.
- •Requirements Strong fundamentals in AI solution design.
- •Experience in building and deploying AI solutions.
- •Ability to own a function-defining build.
- •Understanding of customer success workflows and AI applications within them.
