- •GoCardless is seeking an enthusiastic People Operations Partner to support global employees with various people-related processes.
- •This role ensures accurate and timely completion of onboarding, offboarding, payroll, and benefits activities with exceptional customer service.
- •Key Responsibilities Ensure smooth and customer-focused people operations processes, coordinating with stakeholders and external providers.
- •Deliver insightful analysis by handling data to improve work processes and decision-making.
- •Lead process improvement initiatives and design effective solutions for identified gaps.
- •Refresh internal procedures and guides to ensure clarity and user-friendliness.
- •Support Global Mobility cases in line with regulations and company policy.
- •Requirements Previous experience in HR Operations/Generalist or Specialist role.
- •Strong focus on accuracy and high standards in People processes.
- •Proven track record in initiating and implementing process improvements.
- •Experience thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- •Creative and curious mindset.
