- •This role involves owning the strategy and execution for paid social activities on Meta, aiming to scale the channel significantly while maintaining efficiency.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and scale paid social strategy on Meta, including bidding, user journey, tracking, and measurement.
- •Develop advanced bidding and budget allocation strategies, leveraging automation and platform innovations.
- •Implement AI and MCP fluency in paid social workflows for automation and optimization.
- •Enhance measurement and tracking, validating channel contribution through incrementality testing and platform signals.
- •Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Product, and Measurement teams to drive channel growth.
- •Requirements 6+ years of hands-on paid social experience with a proven track record of scaling Meta 10x or more.
- •Deep expertise across Meta Ads Manager, Smartly.io, and creative automation platforms.
- •Fluency in Meta Ads Manager, Smartly.io, and creative automation platforms.
- •Advanced analytical skills, comfortable with SQL and analytics platforms.
- •Ability to balance short-term performance with long-term customer value.
