- •Key Responsibilities Develop and own the end-to-end process for product delivery, from ideation to customer use.
- •Establish and run project and launch reviews, ensuring timely decisions and automating follow-ups.
- •Lead critical product launches, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
- •Enhance existing tools like the Launch Calendar and Calvin using automation.
- •Integrate information from various tools into a unified, clear view for leadership.
- •Requirements 7+ years of experience shipping complex software across multiple teams.
- •Proven ability to build and improve new ways of working, with strong adoption by teams.
- •Hands-on experience building tools, agents, or connecting APIs.
- •Understanding of AI product development, including models, data, APIs, and reliability.
- •Ability to build trust and communicate complex technical problems clearly to leaders.
