- •Requirements 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience, with a track record of translating ambiguous business requirements into scalable solutions and new product features. 2+ years of managing engineering teams, with a proven ability to inspire, motivate, mentor, and retain top engineering talent.
- •Familiarity with web application development, API design and cloud infrastructure like AWS.
- •Strong sense of ownership and proactive problem-solving mindset.
