- •You've built internal tools or operational software where adoption, not launch, was the bar.
- •You make priority calls quickly with imperfect information and own the outcome.
- •You've hired engineers yourself: sourced them, closed them, and ramped them.
- •Bonus: AI-native development workflows.
- •Go, TypeScript, or Python in production.
- •Manufacturing, logistics, or infrastructure domains.
- •Experience at a company that builds physical things.
