- •Run a fabrication shift: crew, safety, quality, and output owned hour by hour.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead operators and welders directly: assignments, coaching, and accountability on the floor.
- •Execute the daily plan and escalate misses with causes, not excuses.
- •Enforce the standards: work instructions followed, lockout-tagout respected, 5S held.
- •Requirements You've supervised fabrication or welding crews in production.
- •You've held a shift to takt and communicated clearly when it broke.
- •Your crews are safe on your watch and can say why.
