TL;DR
Lead fire and life safety operations for data center infrastructure.
- •The Principal Operations Lead will oversee emergency preparedness, fire risk assessments, and life safety programs for data center operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own emergency preparedness end to end.
- •Lead facility fire risk assessments and partner with Health and Safety.
- •Own the fire and life safety program.
- •Partner with Design and Delivery on plan review and commissioning.
- •Lead incident investigations and serve as site liaison to OSHA.
- •Run the routine inspection program and report safety KPIs.
- •Travel 50 to 75% across the fleet.
- •Requirements Conducted plan review and commissioning of fire and life safety systems.
- •Technical Fire Protection background.
- •Conducted fire and life safety risk assessments.
- •Managed and developed emergency response team members.
- •Led root-cause investigations and closed out corrective actions.
- •Been the site point of contact for inspections.
- •Tracked leading and lagging safety metrics.
