About the role
TL;DR
Manage logistics and asset lifecycle for a hyperscale data center.
- •Own end-to-end logistics and asset lifecycle for a hyperscale data center site.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage receiving and shipping, verify quantities, inspect for damage, and update tracking systems in real time.
- •Run cycle audits and physical inventory counts to hold 99%+ accuracy.
- •Fulfill parts requests from technicians and engineers fast.
- •Process RMAs, warranty claims, and replacements with vendors.
- •Coordinate security escorts and report on inventory performance.
- •Requirements Experience owning logistics and asset management on-site in a data center, warehouse, or high-volume hardware environment.
- •High accuracy in inventory management through disciplined cycle counts and real-time tracking.
- •Ability to move material fast under operational pressure.
- •Experience managing vendors, RMAs, and inbound and outbound logistics end to end.
- •Skill in building and reporting metrics and improving processes from them.
