- •This role is crucial for managing the commercial agreements that underpin this rapid expansion.
- •Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate standard commercial contracts including procurement, technology licenses, NDAs, and service agreements.
- •Manage the entire contract lifecycle from intake to signature, ensuring timely turnaround.
- •Develop scalable contract machinery like templates, playbooks, and AI-assisted review processes.
- •Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on contract terms and obligations.
- •Requirements Proven experience drafting and negotiating a broad range of standard commercial contracts.
- •Ability to quickly identify critical contract terms and articulate their significance concisely.
- •Experience using AI tools for contract review, analysis, or research.
- •Track record of building or improving templates and playbooks to accelerate contracting processes.
- •Capacity to manage a high volume of deals without compromising deadlines or quality.
