- •Write compelling marketing communications across various channels and manage communication platforms.
- •Build and maintain a robust A/B Testing Agenda to improve conversion and engagement metrics.
- •Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for cross-selling products.
- •Requirements 5+ years experience in marketing, with a significant focus on existing customer engagement and lifecycle management.
- •Required experience in the financial services or fintech industry.
- •Proven track record of authoring communications that drive specific user actions.
