- •As Professional Services Lead, you own Flinn’s AI-enabled services business end to end.
- •You build and scale a team of clinical and regulatory experts who deliver standardised, high-quality services to MedTech customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Define and refine the service portfolio.
- •Own the commercial process for services engagements.
- •Build a scalable, repeatable sales-to-delivery handoff.
- •Set and track revenue targets, utilisation rates, and margin goals.
- •Collaborate with Product Managers, Sales, and Customer Solutions.
